My Practice
For five years, I worked within a community-based therapy service, supporting people from all walks of life and with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. For the past twelve years, I have been in
private practice, deepening my work with clients seeking meaningful change. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
At the heart of my approach is a collaborative exploration of your lived experience. Through thoughtful, attentive conversation, I aim to help you make sense of what you’re feeling moment by moment, and to understand the beliefs, values, and patterns that shape how you see the world. Our work together can help reveal possibilities and choices that may not yet feel visible.
This process can sometimes feel challenging, which is why it needs the grounding of a safe, supportive, and confidential therapeutic relationship—one in which you can speak freely and at your own pace.
If this feels like the kind of space you’re looking for—whether for a short period focused on a particular concern or for more open-ended work—I would warmly encourage you to get in touch.
