Existential Dialogue
Are you struggling in your relationships, carrying a loss you can’t move past, or finding it difficult to face the day ahead?
Perhaps you’ve been trying to cope alone for a long time and are beginning to realise it’s becoming too heavy.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to face it by yourself.
When life becomes painful, having a safe and steady space to talk can make a real difference. Therapy offers the chance to slow down, to be heard, and to begin making sense of what feels confusing, frightening, or stuck.

I have been working as a therapist for over 17 years, supporting people through trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship difficulties, and times of deep uncertainty.
I work with clients across North West London from my practice in Golders Green, and also offer online psychotherapy on Zoom.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded. We will explore your experiences at your pace — gently, honestly, and without judgement — to help you regain a sense of clarity, strength, and meaning in your life.
If you feel ready to reach out, or if you’re unsure but curious about whether therapy might help, you are welcome to contact me to arrange an initial conversation.

Existential psychotherapy may sound technical or abstract, but in practice it is deeply human and accessible.
Rooted in existential philosophy, it explores what it means to be alive, to make choices, and to navigate the challenges we all face in our own unique way.
At its heart, it is a therapy that helps us understand ourselves more honestly and live more meaningfully.
Rather than diagnosing or reducing people to symptoms, existential therapy looks at your lived experience — your relationships, fears, values, hopes, and the questions that sit quietly beneath the surface of everyday life.
My role is to help you explore your world with curiosity and compassion, making sense of what feels overwhelming or confusing.
Whether you are struggling with the loss of someone important, living with the impact of trauma, feeling trapped in a life that doesn’t feel like your own, or wrestling with the ordinary yet profound challenges of being human, existential psychotherapy can help.
By opening up your inner world, new possibilities and choices begin to appear, allowing you to move toward a life that feels truer, steadier, and more connected.

For five years, I worked within a community-based therapy service, supporting people from all walks of life and with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
For the past twelve years, I have been in private practice in North West London, deepening my work with clients seeking meaningful change.
At the heart of my approach is a collaborative exploration of your lived experience.
Through thoughtful, attentive conversation, I aim to help you make sense of what you’re feeling moment by moment, and to understand the beliefs, values, and patterns that shape how you see the world.
This process can sometimes feel challenging, which is why it needs the grounding of a safe, supportive, and confidential therapeutic relationship — one in which you can speak freely and at your own pace.
If this feels like the kind of space you’re looking for, whether for a short period focused on a particular concern or for more open-ended work, I warmly encourage you to get in touch.
Psychotherapy and counselling sessions last fifty minutes and are typically held once a week.
Some clients choose to meet more frequently when they feel it would be helpful, and this can be discussed at any point.
Our first session will run for up to an hour. This gives us space to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to explore, and any initial goals you may have.
